After being frustrated with previous web developers nickel-and-diming him, Donald Funk asked me to replicate the promotional website for his new book with changes and amendments.
Here’s a list of services I performed:
- Replicated his existing promotional website, while under pressure to deliver under a tight deadline and prove ability.
- Lowered total page load time from 10.3 seconds to 0.293 seconds, a 97% improvement.
- Developed using WordPress and Kadence theme/blocks, with custom post type via Advanced Custom Fields.
- Optimized video content from 800MB down to 50 MB.
- Ongoing maintenance and minor design additions.
